How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Registration is free and there's no ongoing commitment.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Your trade discount applies whether you're ordering one chair or fitting out a whole floor.
Can I combine the trade discount with sale prices or discount codes?
Trade discount can't be stacked with other offers β you'll automatically pay the lower of the trade price or any sale price, so you always get the best available deal.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Yes β 30-day payment terms are available at our discretion, typically after your first completed order. We may run a standard business credit check first.
We buy regularly / in volume. Can we get better terms?
Talk to us. For larger or recurring requirements we agree enhanced arrangements with individual accounts β your account contact will raise it with you as your ordering grows, or you can ask at any point.
I'm a sole trader without a company number β can I still join?
Yes. We'll just ask for some alternative verification, such as your business address, website, or VAT number if you have one.
