Before Savv-e, Mark spent over two decades in technology leadership at a FTSE top 50 organisation, including director-level roles across the UK & EMEA. A Loughborough University graduate, he brings rigour and commercial experience to product selection and the systems behind fast, reliable delivery. Mark leads business strategy, product, digital and marketing. He walks the walk, quite literally! Between his standing desk, treadmill desk, and desk bike, you'll rarely catch him sitting still.

Anne leads everything customer-facing from pre-sales advice, custom quotes, delivery and aftercare. Her team’s care is the reason our reviews mention service almost as often as the products. Anne has spent over 3 decades working across a diverse range of roles and sectors, including customer service, leadership, and process improvement. She brings an unwavering commitment to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Co-founder & Operations Director

Paul runs day-to-day operations, drawing on long experience as a company director. He's the reason orders ship when we say they will, custom tops arrive cut to the millimetre, and any problem gets fixed quickly and fairly. Paul has worked in Operational Director roles for many years and along with bringing key experience in delivering efficient processes also keeps the wheels moving and synchronised across business internal requirements to make sure customers remain our focus.
