Right to Cancel

For all standard stock items, you have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving a reason.   The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.  To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement by email to contact@savv-e.co.uk. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and they must be returned unused and without damage in their original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from your handling above and beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Once the right to cancel period has expired, we may still accept returns, although additional charges will be applicable.  However, these regulations do not restrict the statutory right to cancel and do not apply during the 30 days cancellation period.

If you cancel this contract during the 30-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of outward delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).  We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
  • If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.  We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back to us, whichever is the earliest.  You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.  The deadline is met if you send back your goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Made to Order Items

We are unable to offer the same terms on items that are made to order. This includes custom size desk tops (including 2M) and image (picture) infrared panels. Typically, these items will have a 2-3 week delivery date due to the manufacturing process. We cannot cancel & refund these once the manufacturing process has begun. Please email us within 24 hours of purchase if you wish to cancel and withdraw the product from manufacture. Any later than this point may be too late to cancel production - we will try but cannot guarantee this.

Any custom items ordered to the wrong specifications cannot be refunded (for example if you got the size wrong). If the sizing error is ours, we will resolve the issue.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive and ensure that any damage is noted when signing for the delivery with the courier present. Please take photos of the damage and inform us immediately (and no later than 48 hours after delivery) so that we can assist you and ensure that the problem is resolved as quickly as possible. If it is not possible to inspect the goods at delivery time, please ensure that the goods are signed for with the courier as 'unchecked'.

We will then arrange for any shipping or re-placement that is required and contact you to confirm the details.

To Return a Product to Us

Please make sure that the product was received by you in the last 30 days.

Send an email to contact@Savv-e.co.uk

Your email should include the following information to enable us to process a return:

  • Your name
  • Order Reference Number
  • Your Address
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Date the goods were received by you
  • Reason for return ('right to cancel' or description of any fault / damage together with any photographic evidence)
  • If you originally ordered multiple items, which you do want to return?

We will respond to this email within 48 hours providing instructions detailing the return address to be used and process for any approved return. When we approve a return, please send the product along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want order) or a refund. For a 'right to cancel return', we strongly recommend that you insure the items that you are returning for their full value during transit. Please ensure that you wrap the item(s) well using the original packaging to prevent damage during return transit. Any damage due to poor packaging prior to return transit will affect your rights to receive a full refund.

To Return a Savv-e Limited Gift Voucher to Us

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase of an electronic gift voucher at any time up to 30 days after the day we confirm we accept your order.  Your right to cancel will not apply where you redeem your electronic gift voucher to purchase goods, even if the cancellation period is still running.

To exercise your right to cancel, please follow the process set out above.

If you redeem the electronic gift voucher in part during the 30-day cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the amount redeemed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
