As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address, this just means we've received your order in our system and we've pre-authorised your payment method ready for your purchase.
If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into:
1. Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder
2. There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout
3. Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through.
Please check your junk and spam folders first. If this does not resolve the issue, please email contact@savv-e.co.uk and we will look into this further.
We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your item(s) are available and can be despatched as soon as possible. If your item(s) are available for shipping (within our advertised time periods), we'll process the charges and prepare to ship your order.
In the event that your item(s) are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your payment method and reach out to you via email or telephone.
Some of our deliveries our couriers require a contact number to ensure smooth delivery of your order. We won't give to anyone else, itβs kept private and confidential. Additionally, if there are any issues with your order we can contact you quickly and easily.

Our website uses secure SSL encryption technology - which means that your credit card information is scrambled using very sophisticated algorithms so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. We use Shopify as our eCommerce platform. This is used by millions of merchants worldwide. The Shopify platform provides all of our secure payment processing services - so we as merchants will never get to see (or store) your credit card information.
Yes, in many cases we can bespoke our products to a very high level. This of course depends on the item. For example, we can customise our desks and desk tops - providing custom sizes, finishes, desk top cuts, etc. We can also provide custom colours for some of our standing desk frames. If you have a specific requirement, please ask and we will tell you whether it is possible and if it is, we will provide a free of charge, no obligation quotation.
We deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Please Note: There may be additional charges for 'offshore domestic regions': the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. However, we are looking to extend our delivery service to EU destinations for some products shortly and are currently testing the service. If you are based in the EU, please contact us - we may be able to help. For any EU deliveries, you will need to pay your local taxes on delivery, and appropriate delivery charge - but the product price would be adjusted to remove the UK VAT (currently 20%) that is added by default.
You will see an expected delivery date when you are ordering one of our products.
For those products where we state next-day delivery, if your order is placed before 1.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, your order will be delivered on the next working day, provided all items are in stock.
If Next Day Delivery is not convenient for you, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange for your order to be delivered on a more convenient date.
It is not possible to arrange a timed delivery slot - delivery is between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. However, we are able to arrange an a.m. delivery at an extra charge of Β£25.00 plus VAT or a pre-10.00 a.m. delivery for an extra charge of Β£35.00 plus VAT.
If you have chosen the installation option this typically takes between 7-10 working days. Our Installers will contact you directly to arrange a convenient date.
For our larger items (for example desks and treadmills), our couriers operate kerbside deliveries. They drop your item as near to your property as possible, and you will need to move the item to its internal location. Depending on the fragility of the item(s), they may also be palletised. This means they will be placed on a wooden pallet for protection through the delivery process and in some cases wrapped with a pallet on the bottom and one on the top. You will need to arrange your own disposal of any pallets used. If you use our installation service, our installers will bring the items into your property, unwrap, assemble and test them, and remove all packaging and take it away for disposal.
No, we provide free delivery on our items unless you have a non-mainland UK address (for example an offshore island). This is only to cover the increased cost of transportation to these areas. In this case, we can provide you with a quote for our delivery charges.
