Delivery Information

All of our items are dispatched from the UK.

We make every attempt to deliver as quickly as possible.  In the majority of cases this means next working day, providing orders are received by 2.00 p.m. the previous day, however, in some cases it can take up to 48 hours.

For some items (see below) there are logistical reasons why delivery will take longer.

Where does Savv-e Limited deliver and what are the delivery charges?

We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom).

Delivery is free to mainland UK destinations, regardless of the price of the item. There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’. By this, we mean: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. This is because there will be additional delivery charges for us to reach these addresses - we will only ask for this additional cost to be covered.

Order confirmation

When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be dispatched in the time-line specified at the time of order. In the unlikely event that your items are unavailable for dispatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself. If you have any specific requirements, please state them in the 'Order Notes' box on your CART page. We will do our best to accommodate them. 

Delivery will be Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.  It is not possible to choose a specific timeslot, however if you would like a morning or Saturday delivery we can arrange this for an additional charge:

  • Morning Delivery:             £27.00 plus VAT
  • Pre-10.00 a.m. Delivery:  £38.50 plus VAT
  • Saturday Delivery:            £38.50 plus VAT

We use different carriers for desks and Infrared Heating Panels and delivery times differ depending on which product you purchase - see below:

General

Providing orders are placed before 2.00 p.m., the estimated delivery is next working day, however you should allow up to 48 hours.

Pallet Deliveries

It is possible that, due to weight, size or configuration, your order may be delivered on a pallet.  This is to minimise damage with certain products.  Pallet deliveries are "curbside only" which is standard industry practice.  The carrier will leave your pallet/parcels at your door and will not, for insurance purposes, take them inside for you.

You will need to unwrap your items from the plastic wrapping and take the items inside.  It will be your responsibility to dispose of the pallet.

Flats & Apartments

The standard courier delivery policy for multi-occupancy buildings, such as blocks of flats, is to leave parcels at a central location, such as the foyer, reception area, or with the building's caretaker and to notify you that the delivery has been made.  Drivers are not insured to deliver to specific flats/apartments. 

Split Deliveries

Please note that, very occasionally, your order may be split due to delays or staffing levels at local depots.  If you do not receive your entire order in one delivery, the remainder should be delivered on the next working day, however, if you have any concerns whatsoever, please get in touch with us and we will do all we can to assist.
