The newly re-vamped Lifespan Fit App links to the Ampera via the in-built Bluetooth connectivity.
The App can be downloaded from the Apple & Google Pay stores. It is used to:
- control your device - for example, setting the gear colours displayed on the sides of your desk bike, and
- track your real-time workout data (revolutions, speed, distance pedalled, duration, power produced and calories burned)
Your fitness tracking data is recorded so that you can track your progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis via the in-built graphical displays
With your permission, the Lifespan Fit App can synchronise your data and workout summaries to both Apple Health and Google Health.

The Lifespan Ampera has regenerative pedals capable of producing up to 65 Watts per hour of power.
With the built-in wireless charging pad and USB-C charging port, this can be used to keep your devices topped up.
The 15W wireless charger (Qi compliant) is positioned to the front of the bike to enable easy access from your sitting position. Charge your Qi compliant phone or Airpods here.
