These terms apply to the Savv-e Trade Programme and are in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions. Where these terms conflict with our standard Terms & Conditions, these terms take precedence for approved trade account holders.
1. The Trade Programme
1.1 The Savv-e Trade Programme ("the Programme") is operated by Savv-e Limited ("Savv-e", "us", "we" or "our").
1.2 The Programme provides approved business customers ("Trade Members") with trade pricing and associated benefits when purchasing through savv-e.co.uk or directly from our team.
1.3 The Programme is intended for business-to-business transactions. Purchases made under a trade account are made in the course of business and not as a consumer.
2. Eligibility and registration
2.1 The Programme is open to UK-registered limited companies, limited liability partnerships, partnerships, sole traders, charities, schools, and public sector organisations purchasing for business or organisational use.
2.2 Applications must be made via the trade registration form on our website or by contacting our team. We may ask for supporting information to verify your business, including (but not limited to) your registered company number, VAT registration number, business email address, and trading address.
2.3 Approval of trade accounts is at our sole discretion. We aim to review applications within 2 working days.
2.4 Trade accounts are opened for the named business. Benefits apply to purchases made by or on behalf of that business and may not be shared with, or used to purchase on behalf of, third parties outside the account holder's organisation or its clients.
2.5 We may ask you to reconfirm your business details from time to time to keep your account active.
3. Trade discount and benefits
3.1 Trade Members receive a discount off our standard listed pricesΒ across the Savv-e range, applied automatically when logged into an approved trade account or via a trade only customer discount code or applied by our team on orders placed directly.
3.2 The trade discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers, or sale prices. Where a product is already reduced, the lower of the sale price or the trade price will apply.
3.3 The trade discount does not apply to delivery charges, installation services or other specifically excluded items/services, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3.4 Trade Members also receive:
- A named account contact for orders, quotes, and product specification advice
- Formal written quotations, valid for 30 days
- Support with DSE / workplace ergonomics documentation on request
- Bulk delivery scheduling for fit-out projects
- Additional services and support made available at our discretion
3.5 For larger or recurring requirements, we may agree enhanced pricing or bespoke terms with individual trade members. Any such arrangement will be confirmed in writing and applies only to the named account.
4. Ordering, pricing, and VAT
4.1 All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Trade prices shown on the website are displayed including VAT. VAT invoices are provided with every order.
4.2 Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices may change after this period, including due to supplier or shipping cost changes.
4.3 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier.
4.4 In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment taken.
5. Payment and credit terms
5.1 Unless credit terms have been agreed, all orders are payable in full at the time of order.
5.2 Credit accounts (30-day payment terms from date of invoice) are available at our discretion. We typically consider credit terms after one or more successfully completed orders, and we may carry out a business credit check before opening or extending a credit account. By applying for credit terms, you consent to such checks.
5.3 We may set, vary, reduce, or withdraw credit limits and credit terms at any time, including suspending further orders on credit while any invoice remains overdue.
5.4 Overdue invoices may incur interest and compensation in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5.5 Title in goods remains with Savv-e until payment has been received in full. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery timescales quoted are estimates and given in good faith. We will keep you informed of any material change to an expected delivery date.
6.2 You are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access for delivery at the address provided, and for inspecting goods on delivery. Damage or shortages should be reported to us within 2 working days of delivery.
6.3 For multi-items or project orders, we can arrange consolidated or scheduled delivery by agreement.
7. Returns and cancellations
Trade purchases are business-to-business transactions, so consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply.
7.1 Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods: we will repair, replace, or refund in line with your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as it applies to business sales, at no cost to you. Please report issues within 2 working days of delivery where possible.
7.2 Change-of-mind returns: accepted at our discretion, provided the goods are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging, and the return is requested within 7 days of delivery. Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the goods purchase value and return carriage is at your cost.
7.3 Goods that have been assembled, installed, used, or made or modified to order cannot be returned unless faulty.
7.4 Warranty terms for each product are as stated on the relevant product page and apply in full to trade purchases.
8. Use of the account
8.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login and for all orders placed through your account.
8.2 Trade pricing is confidential to the account holder and must not be published, advertised, or shared publicly without our written consent.
8.3 Trade accounts may not be used to purchase goods for onward retail sale without our prior written agreement.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
9.1 Either party may close the trade account at any time on written notice. Closure does not affect orders already placed or amounts owed.
9.2 We may suspend or withdraw trade benefits where an account is inactive for 24 months, where account information is found to be inaccurate, where invoices are overdue, or where the account is used in breach of these terms.
9.3 We may amend these terms or the Programme benefits from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already placed. We will give reasonable notice of material changes and continued use of the account after notice constitutes acceptance.
10. General
10.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10.2 Subject to 10.1, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.
10.3 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
10.4 If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
