1st class firm from beginning to end including the delivery nit ever had such good service so thank you

great service and very understanding. great products and good at chasing up deliveries and followups

Best chairs and sturdy and comes well packed and ready made. Easy setup and comfortable to use. Best Purchase I have made!

Desk 4/5 : good - the joint of the legs with the central bar could be more robust in itself, although when the top is bolted on, the whole thing gets much better.
Savv-e 5/5 : there were a couple of STEEL pieces twisted and two scratched parts (Fedex fault, probably) - I was offered replacements without asking for me to send parts back first.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish!

I originally ordered two custom cut-to-size desktops, but I received a phone call from a lovely lady who wanted to double-check my measurements before processing the order. I am so glad she did! She realised that the sizes I needed were actually available in stock, meaning I did not need to pay extra for the custom cutting. She arranged for the order to be changed and even organised a refund for the difference.

It is refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely puts its customers first rather than simply taking the money and processing the order.

The desktops arrived incredibly quickly, were exactly what I needed, and the quality is excellent. I could not be happier with my purchase.

A huge thank you to the team at Savv-e for going above and beyond. Outstanding customer service, excellent products, and a company I would happily recommend to anyone. I will certainly be using them again!

Superb service from Anne and Paul. Super fast, super helpful, and my second sample even arrived with a chocolate! Paul was all over it when there was a problem with delivery - and when it arrived the product was perfect. It's not often one is able to give a great review, but in this case it's a pleasure - these guys deserve to have a flourishing business.

I bought a bespoke desk top, which arrived exactly as ordered. The communication about delivery was great and I’m really pleased with the high standard of quality of the product. Looks great.

Great communication and product, arrived well packaged and on time.

Highly recommend thank you.

Excellent support and assistance. I already had a desk frame and only wanted the desktop. This was sorted directly over emails and comms were excellent. Delivery was well managed.
Very happy with my new desk.

The desk top looks like real wood and I really like the texture too (timber finish), the top looks and feels very good quality, surprisingly so, if like me you're used to seeing/feeling desks in your workplace etc.. Rest assured it is nothing like those ! - at least nothing like those I have come across. The delivery was exceptionally quick (I did have a default size though, a bespoke size would have taken longer as you would expect) The free cut outs (for cables etc..) are also great touch. Package arrived on time and was well packed. Highly recommended

Faultless service from start to finish. Quality product. Thankyou
