If you experience a problem with your desk, top or accessories, contact us - we are here to help you resolve the issue.

We will assess the issue based on the information you provide to us.  We may request that you provide photos or a video to help us assess what the issue is.  

• If the issue is easy to resolve we will send out replacement parts or accessories for delivery on the next working day.
• If the issue is more in-depth, we will send out an engineer to fix the problem for you.  If this is required, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for the engineers visit.
