Height Range: 690-1180mm (without desk top). The Kinetik-1 has 2-stage legs - which means it is ideal for most but not all people. It supports seated users at the average fixed desk height of (71cm) and extends to support standing users up to a height of around 6 feet 4 inches. If you are below 5 feet 8 inches in height, you will probably be used to the 71cm fixed height, but will find that a desk that goes lower will be more ergonomically suited. If you need a sitting or standing height outside of this range, you are likely to need a desk with 3-stage legs (see the Kinetic-2).
